Breaking the mould of tired blues bands, jazz ensembles and swing acts and formats, The 251s lay down their own brand of jumpin’ jazz, blues & swing ‘law’ - as they see it - from the moment they hit the stage.

You are immediately transported to a place and time where life-affirming good-time rhythm & boogie’s the order of the day.

Featuring talented musicians, with a fearsome and uncompromising love of their music, they serve up energetic performances that are a volatile cocktail of classic favourites and fresh contemporary originals.

The band make monthly appearances at Soho’s famous Ain’t Nothin’ But The Blues Bar, where they always bring the house down. And are privileged to play numerous jazz, blues & swing clubs, bars and festivals across the south east.
